  • Current member in good standing with the Chamber or approved volunteer
  • Knowledgeable about Chamber benefits & programs
  • Attend & assist during Chamber hosted local area events annually
  • Note that some events are held after working hours and during weekends
  • Promote the Chamber to current and potential members
  • Other duties as specified
  • Record volunteer time

Ambassador Program Guidelines

Chamber Purpose as per bylaws is organized to achieve the following objectives:

To promote business: 1) to assist in community activities designed to encourage new business and industry, and 2) to promote programs of civic, military, and cultural nature that will improve the relations and interdependency of the community as a whole.

To preserve the Competitive Enterprise System: 1) to create a better understanding and appreciation of the importance of business, 2) to make the business community aware of the current events affecting them, and 3) to represent the business community on relative, local, state, and national legislative, and political affairs.

Ambassador Program Mission: to promote member commitment and retention through the following activities: a) raising awareness of Chamber activities and benefits, b) informing and involving new Chamber members in promoting a strong membership, and c) encouraging meaningful and beneficial participation in Chamber programs
